Agreement
By downloading or using the Didu app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Didu Labs ApS.
The service
Didu provides one daily insight ("drop") delivered to your device. The content is curated, fact-checked, and sourced by our editorial team. We aim to deliver a new drop every day, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Subscription and payment
Didu offers a free trial period. After the trial, a subscription is required to continue accessing content. Subscriptions are available monthly ($9.99/month) or yearly ($29.99/year).
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
Content and intellectual property
All content in Didu — including text, images, quizzes, and design — is the intellectual property of Didu Labs ApS or its licensors. You may share individual drops for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content at scale without written permission.
Accuracy
We strive for accuracy in every drop. All insights are fact-checked and sourced. However, we don't guarantee that all information is error-free. Our content is educational and should not be taken as professional advice in any field.
User conduct
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access the service through unauthorized means, reverse-engineering the app, or using the content in ways that violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
Didu is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Didu Labs ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app.
