By downloading or using the Didu app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Didu Labs ApS.
Didu provides one daily fact ("drop") delivered to your device. The content is curated, fact-checked, and sourced by our editorial team. We aim to deliver a new drop every day, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Didu offers a free trial period. After the trial, a yearly subscription is required to continue accessing content. There is one price for the year. The exact amount is shown in your local currency in the App Store and in the app before you confirm, and the subscription renews yearly at that price.
Payments are processed through Apple's App Store. By subscribing, you also agree to Apple's terms of service. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
All content in Didu, including text, images, quizzes, and design, is the intellectual property of Didu Labs ApS or its licensors. You may share individual drops for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our content at scale without written permission.
We strive for accuracy in every drop. Each one is checked and sourced before it is published. However, we don't guarantee that all information is error-free. Our content is educational and should not be taken as professional advice in any field.
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes attempting to access the service through unauthorized means, reverse-engineering the app, or using the content in ways that violate these terms.
Didu is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Didu Labs ApS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app.
